Also open to outsiders, the Hotel Valkarana's Le Naiàdi Restaurant is characterized by a careful selection of raw ingredients and an exclusive range of wines from the main wineries. Our extensive à la carte menu also includes the most renowned traditional Sardinian dishes, with courses ranging from meat to seafood, combined with the great skill of our Chef. At dinner, half-board guests can choose from our Daily Menu, a range of four courses in a jubilant array of aromas and flavors waiting to be discovered.

Our restaurant is open for lunch and dinner, both for guests of the Hotel Valkarana and for external customers.
For dinner, in addition to the à la carte menu, we also have a Daily Menu reserved for half-board guests. Guests with breakfast can decide whether to opt for the fixed menu or choose from the à la carte menu in digital format.
